Koach logs every set, rep and rest: build a session with supersets, let the rest countdown start on its own, let records be spotted as they happen, or start a free session and fill it in as you go. It turns all of it into volume, time, calories and the balance between upper and lower body, each period compared with the one before, with bodyweight tracked alongside. Then you share it: attach a session, a record or a photo to a post, and follow the people you train with.
