Description
khazan is a chat app that needs no SIM, no Wi-Fi and no account. Phones relay for each other over Bluetooth, so a message crosses a work site by hopping from phone to phone until it arrives. If one phone in the chain still has internet, the message continues out to a supervisor far away. One tap on SOS raises a loud alarm on every phone in range. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and never stored on a server, because there isn't one. Built for workers who lose signal: tanks, basements, tunnels.
