built this after making the same admin dashboard for a few different rental/property clients. figured I'd just build it once properly instead of starting from scratch every time. 8 pages, dark mode, sortable tables, and an actual auth flow that redirects you if you're not logged in - not just login screens that don't do anything. react + tailwind, built to reskin from one config file if you need a different look.
