Could you build this?
Partial The UI and interval timers are simple, but creating a production-reliable Apple Watch workout app that reads live biometric data requires specialized native HealthKit and WatchKit expertise.
What it would actually take: Requires native Swift/SwiftUI development with HealthKit (`HKWorkoutSession`, `HKLiveWorkoutBuilder`) and WatchConnectivity framework for real-time iPhone-Watch synchronization. The difficult aspects are preventing session drops in background watch states, accurately streaming heart-rate zones in real-time, and handling audio/haptic cue interruptions during active workouts. Requires iOS/watchOS platform specialization.
