LOCKD is an iOS app that helps you stop doomscrolling by making screen time something you earn. Choose the apps you want to limit, do push-ups to earn screen time, and spend those minutes whenever you want. 1 push-up = 1 minute of access. Instead of relying on willpower or another boring screen-time limit, LOCKD adds real friction between you and distracting apps, turning every urge to scroll into an opportunity to move. Less mindless scrolling. More movement. More control over your time.
