Description

I built Tilly because I kept checking my work calendar, personal calendar, and task list to figure out what to do next. Tilly puts Google, Outlook, iCloud, CalDAV, and ICS calendars in one view with your tasks and a morning brief. It can suggest a change, but it will not touch your calendar until you approve it. Available on iPhone, Mac, and the web.

Could you build this?

Partial Aggregating calendars across Google, Outlook, iCloud, and raw CalDAV/ICS protocols involves tricky multi-provider OAuth, token refreshes, sync conflicts, and parsing quirks.

What it would actually take: The system requires a backend service (Node.js/Go) implementing OAuth flows and sync engines for Microsoft Graph, Google Calendar API, and CalDAV RFC 4791 protocols. The hard parts are maintaining two-way incremental sync, handling recurring event exceptions across differing vendor standards, and webhook rate limits. Requires engineering experience with calendaring RFCs, webhooks, and secure token storage.
