These products replace the default home screen on Android TV and Google TV devices with a custom launcher that controls which apps, inputs, and widgets appear first. Buyers are typically people who want a cleaner, ad-free, or more personalized living room screen, including smart home dashboard users and those who prefer minimal layouts. They are distinguished from adjacent niches by focusing on the TV home screen itself rather than general remote control apps or streaming app collections.
