Hi all,I started learning Piano a while ago, memorising songs from YouTube and graduating to learning classical pieces from sheet music that are too hard for me. It's typical, and you can express yourself through piece selection, and dynamics etc but this is quite limited. I reflected on why I want to play; to be able to sit and improvise, to freely express myself, to make my own music.
