Partial A simple MIDI arpeggiator is manageable, but shipping it as cross-platform plugins (VST3, AU, AAX, CLAP) needs C++ plugin-framework expertise and platform signing and notarization.
What it would actually take: Build with JUCE or a similar C++ framework, with MIDI processing and tempo sync via the host clock. Each plugin format has its own SDK and toolchain, and AAX requires an Avid developer license. Codesigning and notarization for macOS, plus host-compatibility testing, are the hard parts a vibe-coder can't shortcut.
