Could you build this?
Partial Packaging a portable AzerothCore server with a configuration UI is achievable, but the playerbot AI, earned progression, historical talents, and bot trading require C++ server-side modding that vibe coding handles poorly.
What it would actually take: Start from AzerothCore and the mod-playerbots module, then build a Windows build pipeline with bundled MySQL, client-data setup, and an updater. The core difficulty is modifying C++ game-server logic for bot AI, progression gating, and auction trading without breaking the game's internals. This requires experienced C++ developers familiar with WoW server emulation, database schema work, and Windows packaging.
