Could you build this?
Partial The pledge and payment logic is standard, but the core blocking on iOS and macOS depends on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs, which need special entitlements and are hard to get working reliably.
What it would actually take: Build a native Swift app around Apple's FamilyControls and ManagedSettings frameworks, and request the required entitlement from Apple. Add a Stripe-based pledge system that holds or charges a card based on streak status and reported relapses, plus a tamper-resistant way to detect when the blocker is disabled. The hard parts are Apple's entitlement approval and making the enforcement hold up against users who want to bypass it.
