What it would actually take: A real version needs a multimodal pipeline: speech-to-text with diarization, screen and video understanding (frame sampling plus vision-language models), and an LLM extraction layer that outputs a structured process graph (steps, decisions, actors, tools). It also needs an editable graph UI and an API or MCP layer so agents can consume the output. The hard piece is accuracy on messy real-world recordings, which takes evaluation datasets and process-mining or domain expertise to tune.
