What it would actually take: Start from the open-source RE-USE model weights and PyTorch code, then export them with coremltools, quantizing and profiling to fit Apple Neural Engine constraints. Wrap the resulting model in a Swift package that handles audio buffering, resampling, and streaming, plus iOS and macOS sample apps. The hard parts are preserving audio quality through conversion and quantization, and debugging ANE compatibility, which requires familiarity with model export and DSP.
