Could you build this?
Partial The Android UI, settings, and subscription plumbing are vibe-codeable, but the core is a networking engine with protocol implementations (REALITY, Hysteria2, TUIC, DPI desync) that demands deep networking and security expertise.
What it would actually take: A realistic build would wrap an existing proxy core (for example sing-box or Xray) in a native Android VpnService app with a Kotlin or Compose UI. The hard parts are correct, performant implementations of the obfuscation and DPI-evasion techniques, reliable TUN and routing handling on Android, and keeping up with censorship countermeasures. That requires experienced network protocol engineers and ongoing testing against real censorship systems.
