Partial The UI is simple, but reading per-process GPU memory and engine activity on Windows needs NVML and ETW or perf-counter access. Introspecting LLM weights and KV-cache requires hooks into specific inference runtimes, which is low-level work a vibe-coder will struggle with.

What it would actually take: Build a Windows desktop app (C++ or Rust, or Python with a native UI) on NVML plus Windows performance counters and ETW for per-process GPU usage. The KV-cache and weights view needs instrumentation of inference engines such as llama.cpp, vLLM or TensorRT-LLM, which means knowing their memory layouts. This takes a systems programmer with GPU and Windows driver familiarity.
