Could you build this?
No This is an academic research framework about scaling gameplay for visual agents through co-development of environments and players. Its value lies in novel training methods and experimental results rather than in a product workflow.
What it would actually take: A real version needs a game environment suite, visual agent training pipelines (likely RL with vision models), and large amounts of GPU compute for training and evaluation. The hard part is the novel co-development algorithm and its empirical validation against baselines. This requires ML research expertise in reinforcement learning and multimodal agents.
