Read the full description
When several people on a team run coding agents in the same repo, the agents overwrite each other's work. Lanes is a free VS Code extension for Claude Code teams. It shows every teammate's agents and the files they're editing, live. When two agents need the same file, one waits a moment, picks up the other's change and carries on. No edit is refused and no work is lost. Working alone? It runs with zero setup.

Yes It is a VS Code extension that shows teammates' agent activity and file edits, and it queues agents that need the same file. Live sharing can be done with a lightweight websocket relay, which is standard engineering.
