Could you build this?

Partial The API and SDKs are buildable, but a secure sandbox with kernel-level isolation and no network access is a security-critical systems problem that requires expert design.

What it would actually take: Build on existing isolation primitives such as Firecracker microVMs, gVisor, or nsjail, with per-language runtimes and a test-runner harness that returns per-test results. The hard part is isolation correctness against hostile code, including escape prevention, resource limits, and side-channel awareness. This needs security and virtualization expertise plus an independent security review before it is trusted.
