Partial Profiles, recorded intros, and matching flows are buildable, but shared real-time virtual venues and dating-grade safety and verification at scale are harder pieces.
What it would actually take: The core app is standard web and mobile with video upload and scheduling. The hard parts are real-time multiplayer virtual venues (synchronized avatars, voice or video, low latency), identity verification, and moderation of video content for a dating context. That requires multiplayer infrastructure engineers and trust and safety expertise, plus a meaningful user base to make matching work.
