Could you build this?
Partial The admin UI and Microsoft Graph/OAuth plumbing are vibe-codeable, but a reliable relay must accept legacy SMTP connections from old copiers and scanners and handle their TLS and auth quirks.
What it would actually take: Build an SMTP ingress (for example with an SMTP server library or Postfix in front) that accepts the device's legacy auth and TLS settings, then forwards each message through Microsoft Graph's sendMail endpoint using OAuth app registration per tenant. The hard parts are protocol compatibility with dozens of printer firmware variants, secure credential storage, and running it as a hardened multi-tenant service with monitoring. That calls for someone with email and networking operations experience, not just prompting.
