Every new plant becomes a card that turns bronze at 3 tastes, silver at 8 and gold at 15, and the week counts towards 30 different plants, the guideline from the American Gut Project. It counts which plants, never how much: no calories, no portions. Nothing resets to zero. Use it alone, or for everyone at your table on one phone.
