Most meditation apps sell morning calm. Stillee is built for the panic attack and the 3 AM wake-up. One tap opens the panic flow with the breathing already moving, and a dim 3 AM mode keeps the clock off the screen. The panic flow and the 3 AM tracks are free, forever. The subscription is the practice: ten programs, including an eight-week course built on the MBSR curriculum. iPhone only for now. Not therapy: every panic screen keeps a crisis line in view.
