Partial A Mac app that reads local Claude Code and Codex logs and displays counts is easy to vibe-code. Making the counts cryptographically signed and attestable through the Secure Enclave and Apple App Attest requires security and platform expertise.
What it would actually take: Build a Swift menu-bar app that parses the local token-usage data from each tool and signs each record with a Secure Enclave key via CryptoKit, using App Attest to prove the signing key came from the genuine app. The hard part is the trust model: attestation verification, a server or public-key registry for third parties to check signatures, and resisting tampering with the logs. That needs a security engineer familiar with Apple's attestation APIs.
