Could you build this?
Partial Many tools such as noise reduction, echo removal, key and BPM detection, and format conversion can be built with Web Audio and existing libraries. Vocal removal and speaker-labelled transcription need pretrained ML models running in the browser, which is harder to make work reliably.
What it would actually take: Use WebAssembly or ONNX Runtime Web to run open models such as Demucs for stem separation and Whisper for transcription, with a diarization model for speaker labels. Add DSP libraries for key and BPM detection and a worker-based pipeline so large files do not freeze the page. The hard parts are model size and performance in the browser and tuning output quality, which needs audio ML and DSP experience.
