Partial The practice UI and replay mechanics are vibe-codeable, but backtesting on 500 US stocks needs licensed historical market data and a correct simulation engine, which are not trivial to obtain or get right.
What it would actually take: The front end is a charting app with a hidden-symbol practice mode and a replay engine. The hard parts are the historical intraday and daily price data, which must be licensed (for example from Polygon, Databento or similar) and stored efficiently, and a backtest engine that handles corporate actions, fills, slippage and survivorship bias correctly. A realistic build needs a data engineer for the pipeline and someone with trading or quant experience to validate the simulation.
