Partial The core flow (time-limited sessions and a shareable web link with live location) is standard and vibe-codeable. A dependable safety product still needs reliable background location on phones, and it carries serious liability if it fails.
What it would actually take: The web-link tracking part is simple with a realtime backend and a mobile client. Making location reliable in the background across iOS and Android requires native platform work and battery-aware tuning. Safety-critical use also calls for careful testing, incident handling, and privacy and legal review, which go beyond vibe coding.
