Could you build this?
Partial The canvas UI, brush controls, and HUD are vibe-codeable. Convincing 'very realistic' oil paint, with wet mixing, pigment behaviour, and drying, is a hard physics and rendering problem.
What it would actually take: A basic version can use HTML canvas or WebGL with brush stamping and layering. Realism needs a paint simulation model, such as pigment-based Kubelka-Munk mixing, a fluid or height-field layer for wetness and flow, and a shader pipeline. Building and tuning that takes graphics and physically based rendering expertise, and the result must be validated against real paint behaviour.
