Partial A UI for applying color grades and lens effects is vibe-codeable, but professional-grade color science, optical effects, and host plugin SDK integration (Adobe, OFX, GPU acceleration) need specialist knowledge.
What it would actually take: The core is a GPU image-processing engine with LUT-based color grading, physically motivated lens and bokeh simulation, and plugin wrappers for Photoshop, Premiere, and similar hosts. Matching the quality of an established vendor requires color-science and imaging expertise, GPU shader optimization, and months of tuning against real footage.
