Your AI teammate for meeting follow-ups. ActionMind joins your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams calls and catches every task, owner and deadline in 90+ languages, even when people switch languages mid-sentence. It drafts the email, calendar event or Jira issue for you, and sends it to Gmail, Calendar, Jira, Notion or Slack only after you approve. Then it checks back and tells you which tasks are done, still open or running late. No more "who was supposed to do that?"

Could you build this?

Partial Summarising meetings and drafting follow-ups with LLMs is easy, but joining Meet, Zoom and Teams calls reliably and transcribing across 90+ languages with mid-sentence switching requires meeting-bot infrastructure and speech tooling that vibe coding alone won't supply.

What it would actually take: A real version would combine a meeting-bot provider such as Recall.ai or a per-platform SDK with a streaming ASR service that handles code-switching, such as Deepgram or Whisper-based pipelines. It also needs OAuth integrations with Gmail, Calendar and Jira and a queue-based backend. The hard parts are reliable multi-platform capture, diarisation and ASR accuracy across languages, and handling privacy and consent requirements.
