TrackerGrade

Partial A headless-browser scanner that records cookies and trackers is buildable with Playwright, but reliably detecting consent banners and testing Reject across many CMPs, plus a trustworthy tracker classification, takes more than vibe coding.

What it would actually take: Run a headless Chromium (Playwright or Puppeteer) on a queue with a fresh profile, log network requests and cookies before interaction, then detect and click the Reject control. Classify trackers against an open list such as Disconnect or Ghostery's database and map results to a grading rubric. The hard parts are robust consent-banner detection across the many CMP vendors and keeping the tracker database current, which requires privacy-engineering knowledge.
