What it would actually take: A realistic build would use OpenCascade compiled to WASM, via opencascade.js, to read STEP B-rep geometry and tessellate it. The hard part is hidden-line and edge visibility computation, along with clean edge and silhouette extraction and SVG export. That requires computational geometry and CAD expertise to handle tolerances and edge cases.
