Could you build this?
Partial The Android IME UI, floating keyboard and layout features are codeable. Integrating the Rime engine (C++ via JNI), building native libraries, and parsing Baidu skin formats add real systems work that vibe coding handles poorly.
What it would actually take: The build needs Android IME development in Kotlin plus the Rime C++ core compiled for Android through the NDK and JNI, with dictionary and schema handling. Reading Baidu skin files means reverse engineering an undocumented format. Someone comfortable with Android internals and native build toolchains is required.
