What it would actually take: A real version needs an ATEM control library (the Blackmagic protocol, with existing open-source implementations), voice activity or speaker diarization models run on the live audio, and an exporter that writes FCP XML, Premiere XML, or DaVinci timelines. The hard part is making live switching reliable with low latency. Audio and broadcast-production expertise helps here.
