What it would actually take: Capture system audio through WASAPI loopback and the mic through a separate stream, then run streaming ASR (faster-whisper or a cloud streaming API) in chunks to hit about one-second latency. Speaker coloring needs a diarization model such as pyannote, which takes tuning. Packaging the local model and handling GPU/CPU performance on consumer PCs is the main difficulty.
