VAT Estimate is a free, no-signup VAT calculator covering 31 European countries. Standard and reduced rates, reverse charge and import VAT — every rate carries its effective date, so you can calculate as the rules stood on any past date. Around 100 product and service categories per country (2,900+ in total), each showing the rate with its legal basis and a link to the official tax authority source.
