Could you build this?

Partial The batch-culling and color-style UI is easy to vibe-code, but 16-bit RAW decoding across many camera models and automatic portrait retouching need real imaging and ML work that a solo builder won't get right from prompts alone.

What it would actually take: Build it as a fully client-side web app: a WebAssembly RAW decoder (LibRaw or similar) feeding a WebGL/WebGPU image pipeline with 16-bit float processing. Portrait retouching needs an on-device face/skin segmentation model run through ONNX Runtime Web, plus tuned color science for the 111 styles. The hard parts are RAW coverage and color-accurate processing, which call for imaging engineering experience and extensive testing across cameras.
