Meeting Minutes Assistant is a fully offline speech-to-text and meeting-minutes generator for Windows. Record live meetings (microphone, system audio, or both) or transcribe audio/video files and URLs: the local ASR engine converts speech to text with built-in noise reduction and automatic speaker diarization by voiceprint, so noisy rooms and multi-speaker discussions come out clearly.
