Partial A CLI wrapper for PDF signing is a reasonable vibe-coding target. Producing a PAdES-compliant signature that government systems accept requires cryptographic and standards expertise.
What it would actually take: Building it means implementing PDF incremental updates, CMS/PKCS#7 signature structures, PAdES profile conformance, and certificate handling (PKCS#11 or PKCS#12). Validation against the relevant Spanish and EU eIDAS requirements and interoperability testing also need specialist knowledge. A Rust crypto library can handle primitives, but compliance correctness is the hard part.
