Partial The Electron UI, app launcher and music player are standard vibe-codeable work, but controlling Mihomo and Zapret requires system-level networking, privileged service management and cross-platform packaging that vibe coding alone handles poorly.
What it would actually take: The app would be an Electron or Tauri shell that spawns and talks to the Mihomo core through its REST API and manages Zapret as a privileged service or driver. The hard parts are elevated-permission handling, safe modification of system proxy and routing settings, and keeping these tools working across OS versions. That requires systems and networking knowledge, plus testing across Windows and macOS configurations.
