alt.vu is a dollar wallet with a virtual Visa card for people living outside the country they came from. Top it up with USDT or USDC on TRON, BNB Chain, Polygon or TON, and spend in US dollars anywhere Visa works online: subscriptions, software, tickets, ad accounts. Issuing costs $25, there is no monthly fee, and we add 1% per purchase. Sign-up takes two minutes; identity is verified with a passport. Honest limits: virtual only, and it does not work inside Russia.
