Partial The launcher UI, mod and config management, and file handling are vibe-codeable. However, a real remaster or Xbox 360 game-launch feature depends on reverse-engineering proprietary game formats or running the game through an emulator, which vibe coding alone won't produce.
What it would actually take: The UI and launcher can be built with a standard desktop stack. The hard part is the game side: parsing Xbox 360 XEX and XPR/asset formats, or integrating with an emulator such as Xenia, and handling legal and copyright constraints. This needs reverse-engineering skill and a working build of the target game for testing.
