Partial Merging, signing, form filling, compression and conversion are routine with libraries like pdf-lib or pdf.js. Changing words in scanned PDFs while matching the original font requires solid OCR, glyph reconstruction and font matching that vibe coding won't produce on its own.

What it would actually take: The UI and standard PDF operations can be assembled from open-source PDF libraries. The hard part is scanned-document text editing: OCR with word-level bounding boxes (e.g. Tesseract or a cloud OCR API), reconstructing or substituting the original font, and redrawing text without visible artifacts. This needs document-imaging expertise and substantial testing across many real-world PDFs.
