Partial The editor UI (mesh creation, bone and parameter panels, preview) is vibe-codeable, but a usable rigging editor needs mesh deformation and warping math. Exporting moc3 depends on an undocumented binary format that has to be reverse-engineered.
What it would actually take: Build a WebGL or canvas-based editor with triangle meshes, skinning, and parameter-driven deformation, then add a serializer for the moc3 format, which has to be reconstructed from community reverse-engineering work and checked against Live2D output. The hard parts are the deformation/physics math and format fidelity, which call for graphics programmers and someone comfortable with binary format reverse engineering.
