What it would actually take: A prototype can wrap open-source detectors or commercial detection APIs and combine several checks (metadata, error level analysis, frequency artifacts, classifier scores) into a verdict. A credible version needs trained classifiers on large, current datasets of real and generated media, plus ongoing retraining as generators change. Accuracy claims need an independent benchmark, which requires computer vision and ML research expertise.
