Could you build this?

Partial Open-source speech-enhancement models exist, but reliable low-latency noise removal on both mic and system call audio requires OS-level audio capture and virtual driver work that is hard to vibe-code.

What it would actually take: Use an existing denoising model such as RNNoise or DeepFilterNet, run it in a native audio pipeline (CoreAudio on macOS, PipeWire or PulseAudio on Linux). Capturing incoming call audio needs a virtual audio device or loopback driver, and the real difficulty is keeping latency low and stable, which requires systems and audio DSP expertise.
