Could you build this?
Partial The agent loop, chat UI, and sandboxed build/test workflow are vibe-codeable, but reliably operating arbitrary Android apps and running a real Linux environment on-device requires low-level OS work that AI coding alone won't deliver.
What it would actually take: A real version needs an Android app with an AccessibilityService or similar UI-automation layer, plus a sandboxed Linux userland (proot/chroot or a VM-like layer) running on the phone. The hard parts are reliable screen understanding and action execution across apps, safe permission gating, and battery/resource management. This takes Android systems engineering and ongoing work on UI-grounding models, not just prompting.
