Partial A simple app-listing UI is easy to vibe-code, but actually installing beta iOS apps depends on Apple's signing, provisioning, and distribution rules, which are tightly controlled.
What it would actually take: A real version needs Apple Developer Program access, enterprise or ad-hoc distribution via provisioning profiles, or TestFlight-style integration. Device registration limits and Apple policy constraints shape the design. The hard part is the iOS distribution pipeline and compliance, not the front end.
