Partial Barcode scanning, POS-style ringing, and inventory UI are vibe-codeable, but live eBay sold-price data is restricted behind API access or scraping. Reliable pricing therefore depends on data access that a solo builder may not get.
What it would actually take: Build a barcode-to-product lookup using UPC databases, then pull pricing from eBay's Browse API and, for sold comps, Marketplace Insights (which requires eBay approval) or a maintained scraper. Add Square and Shopify integrations via their public APIs. The hard parts are securing sold-listing data access and keeping pricing accurate across messy listings.
