Partial The Notion integration and LLM-based action-item extraction are easy, but the Apple Watch app and fully on-device transcription require native Apple platform expertise.
What it would actually take: Build a native iPhone app with an Apple Watch companion, using on-device speech recognition (such as SFSpeechRecognizer or an on-device Whisper model) for transcription. Action-item extraction can use an LLM call on the transcript, with source-sentence linking and a Notion API sync. The hard part is reliable native audio capture and Watch connectivity, which requires iOS and watchOS experience.
