Partial A tabbed SSH client with config parsing and file transfer is buildable with existing libraries. Tunneling into EC2 instances over AWS Session Manager without open ports, across three desktop OSes, is much harder.
What it would actually take: Start from an existing SSH library and a cross-platform desktop shell such as Tauri or Electron. The hard part is implementing the AWS Session Manager tunnel protocol (WebSocket-based, with SigV4 signing) and reliable SFTP over the same connection. This needs a developer comfortable with SSH internals, AWS auth and cross-platform desktop packaging and code signing.
